After 45 years within the aerospace industry, I have retired. I am married , three boys, eight grandchildren and two cats. I ride a mountain bike and try to go as much as possible to the gym. I love science fiction, thrillers and science books. Finally, after retirement, I can go back to follow my dream and return to my past hobby, industrial art. I have been always fascinated by it, particularly with Steampunk, creating art from combination of daily objects around us, old and unusable parts, with current technology, and a lot of imagination. The Victorian era, with the industrial revolution , with steam engines, gears and cogs, gas lamps and a lot of brass, have inspired my works. When I see an object, I envision what it would look like when it will be mounted and combined with another one. It gives me great satisfaction to give new life and new perspective to forgotten, unrelated parts and pieces by telling a story; a new work of art emerges from them.
